1.1. The administrator provides referral services to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“TACS”), which may be updated by the administrator from time to time without notice to you.
1.2. When using this website and or its services, or other items provided by the administrator, you will also be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TACS.
1.3. This Site contains a large number of images, artwork and other data some of which is on licence from its copyright owners. You are not permitted to download or use any widgets or other material from the website or use such material.
1.4. You agree not to hold the Administrator liable and the Company accepts no liability in respect of, any and all loss relating to the use of this website. You are strongly advised to keep copies of any data, or otherwise that you upload onto this site.
1.5. PLEASE NOTE: All minors are excluded from the use of this site and any such applications from persons under the age of 18 may be subject to rejection without specification or notice.

2. Description of Service
The site provides a limited service for the assembly and forwarding of applications for finance to brokers. The product assembled as a result of the application is no copyright protected. The applicants privacy is protected by the Australian Privacy act 1988.

3. Registration
3.1. By completing the application process, either as an individual or as a join party, you are stating that you agree to be bound by all of these TACS.
3.2. In consideration of your use of this site, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted the application process and (b) maintain and promptly update your information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the administrator has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the administrator has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of this site (or any portion thereof).
3.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your application and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur at your terminal, tablet or mobile device. The Administrator cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
